With an annual turnover in the region of $25m the Grand Union facility has a production capability of up to eighty 40ft. containers per month and a production cycle of between 30-50 days. The10,000 sq.ft. showroom is available for clients to visit, by appointment, and provides a showcase for the wide range of products that we produce.
Grand Union’s multi-skilled workforce is highly trained to handle all aspects of the production process and has the flexibility to work across all departments and disciplines.
We carry all relevant certification including ISO9001, SEDEX approval, Social/ethical audit history from UK Retailers plus a Technical Audit History from UK retailers.
Our premium brand clients demand the highest standards of quality control and each product will typically endure three inspection processes. Firstly, a pre-production check of raw materials, then an in-line inspection of the production process and finally an end of line/finished product check to ensure that we have maintained our own high production standards and also fulfilled the clients agreed specification.
